I'm Lantrellis Monét, but most people just know me as Monét.

Professionally, I've built a career helping people recognize their potential, develop as leaders, and navigate what's next. I've spent years in rooms where careers are discussed, talent is developed, and opportunities are decided. Along the way, I've learned a thing or two about what helps people move forward, and what sometimes gets in their way.

But there's more to me than my résumé. A lot more.

I'm a woman who believes in a well-tailored blazer, a beautifully decorated home, a good meal, and the occasional fresh start. I've changed careers, started over, celebrated a few wins, and learned some lessons I'd have preferred to skip.

These days, I'm bringing those experiences together through coaching, speaking, and sharing pieces of my everyday life. I believe we can be ambitious and enjoy the lives we're building, lead with substance and still care about style, and be proud of how far we've come while making room for who we're becoming.
